Business Process Re-engineering Planning Kit

BPR Planning Workshops involve two intense days for the designated team. The “AS IS” version of the targeted Key Business Process is modelled and critiqued on day 1. The root causes of the process variation are the main deliverable from the Day 1 Activities.

On Day 2, the new optimized “SHOULD BE” process is modelled and specified in detail ready for follow-on implementation after the Workshop. Every one of the root causes identified on Day 1 are overcome by the SHOULD BE process design. We’ve found the most effective way of collaboratively working on a process isn’t being crowded around a computer screen mapping out the processes. Instead, it’s by working hands-on with “post it” notes and two large pieces of paper. How large? 1.2 meters wide and 6 meters long large!

The BPR Planning Workshop Kit includes 2 rolls of 6 meter-long heavy duty paper plus all the color-coded “post it” notes and permanent markers required to run the 2-day Planning Workshop session. The kit comes complete with an Agenda plus detailed instructions for getting everything done in the time allocated.
