FPI Projects are central to improving all the Key Processes within your business. The most effective way of teaching the FPI methodology is via our Beanbag Training Kit. This kit includes all the equipment plus detailed instructions needed for how to run this fun, hands-on FPI training session for up to 12 people at a time–although extra people may attend the interactive session as spectators. Throwing the beanbags at a target is a process. The training session demonstrates how to find the top three root causes of the process variation, and then demonstrates how to “fix” these three root causes to get stunning results.
The techniques used in this session are exactly the same as those that will be needed to improve a “real world” work process. Following their participation in a beanbag training session, employees, including all members of the Management Team, will be ready and able to participate in subsequent real-world FPI Projects.
