Who should drive the implementation of Business Excellence?
Ideally, the CEO / Owner / Manager should assume the Excellence Leader role. The Excellence Leader will work with the My Business Excellence (MBE) team to drive the implementation forward. He or she will need to devote approximately 25% of their time to this crucial role.
In addition to the Excellence Leader, other part-time participants to be identified in the Strategic Planning Workshop have key roles in driving the implementation. For every agreed Key Process, there will be an assigned and willing Process Manager. They will each need to devote approximately 10% of their available time to their part-time roles.
